COHEREON IMPERIUM - WARRANT CANARY Statement date: 2026-10-28 Next statement due: 2027-01-28 (quarterly) Address of this file: https://cohereon.io/records/warrant-canary.txt Issued by: Ivan Throne, for the Imperium (the operator of cohereon.io, manifold.cohereon.io and the estate record) As of the statement date above, the Imperium has received: - no national security letter; - no order under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act; - no warrant, subpoena or court order accompanied by a gag order; - no request or order to install, weaken or bypass any security measure, to insert a backdoor, or to hand over a signing or encryption key; - no search or seizure of the hosts, the record or the keys of the estate. Such demands could concern the estate's publications, hosts, keys and record, and the identifiers, accounts and records of those who interact with the estate's services (the Imperium Manifold and the services it runs, the access matrix, the traversal record). The statement above covers all of them. How to read this file. It is renewed every quarter by a new statement at this address, dated, with its sha256 carried in the estate record's manifest at the next generation cut and in the next Imperium Note. A renewal may be late for ordinary reasons; when it is, the Imperium publishes a dated delay notice at this address before the due date, naming the new date. The rule for a reader: a statement past its due date WITH a delay notice is late and still stands until the date the notice names; a statement past its due date WITHOUT a delay notice is to be treated as withdrawn, because the Imperium may have been prevented from renewing it. The Imperium will never publish a statement or a delay notice it knows to be untrue. A statement renewed without change is a statement that nothing has changed. This file is never edited in place; a changed statement is a new file under a new date, and the previous statements stay published beside it. Previous statements: a statement kept privately by the Applicant until 2026-10-28 is superseded by this file, which is the first published at this address.
